Role Overview

We’re hiring a Product Manager to own a key value stream of the user journey. You’ll work with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and delivery to build products that bring greater value to customers and commercial value to Dragonpass. This role is central to shaping user experiences, driving product strategy, and ensuring solutions are user-centred and aligned with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

Experience managing products through the full lifecycle, typically gained through 3+ years in Product Management or equivalent relevant experience. Experience leading cross-functional product teams across a full product line. Proven ability to manage products through the full lifecycle. Strong data analysis skills and evidence-led decision making. Experience integrating diverse requirements into coherent product strategies. Confident communicator, able to bring clarity to complex messages. Experience using agile methodology. Ideally, experience in the travel or loyalty sector.

You’re hands-on, accountable, and motivated by continuous improvement. You balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational realities and bring a people-first, inclusive approach to leadership and product delivery.
