The Sales Director, EMEA is a UK-based role, leading regional revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and team development across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role requires a commercial leader experienced in selling complex, technology-enabled loyalty and engagement solutions into enterprise clients across financial services, telecoms, airlines, and travel ecosystems.
You will own the EMEA sales strategy, revenue targets and pipeline development, build high-performing teams, and drive multi-market deals with tier-1 clients.
A Sales Director and commercial leader with significant experience in enterprise sales within one or more of the following: Travel technology / travel distribution. You will have proven experience selling into banks, telcos, airlines, OTAs, or financial institutions as well as a strong understanding of loyalty economics, customer engagement, and partner ecosystems.
As a leader and manager, you will have demonstrated success in building and scaling regional and globally dispersed sales teams, bringing strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management capability to drive excellence.
