Role Overview
The Sales Director, EMEA is a UK-based role, leading regional revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and team development across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role requires a commercial leader experienced in selling complex, technology-enabled loyalty and engagement solutions into enterprise clients across financial services, telecoms, airlines, and travel ecosystems. You'll own the EMEA sales strategy, revenue targets and pipeline development, build high-performing teams, and drive multi-market deals with tier-1 clients.
What we're looking for
- A Sales Director and commercial leader with significant experience in enterprise sales within one or more of the following:
- Loyalty & rewards platforms
- Travel technology / travel distribution
- Fintech / payments / card benefits
- Telco value-added services
You'll have proven experience selling into banks, telcos, airlines, OTAs, or financial institutions as well as a strong understanding of loyalty economics, customer engagement, and partner ecosystems. As a leader and manager, you'll have demonstrated success in building and scaling regional and globally dispersed sales teams, bringing strong coaching, mentoring, and performance management capability to drive excellence.
