We are looking for a versatile and impact-driven Senior Product Designer to join our growing Design team. You’ll take ownership of user-centric experiences across our app and digital products. You'll be responsible for translating strategic product visions into seamless, user-friendly experiences, ensuring every decision is backed by research, empathy, and business goals.
- Product Design Ownership: Own end‑to‑end UX/UI design for key initiatives, from discovery through delivery, ensuring solutions are user‑centred, feasible, and aligned with business goals.
- Craft & Delivery: Run design workshops and ideation sessions to shape problem framing and solution options, and produce high‑quality personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs for web and mobile, setting the standard for clear, usable, and accessible experiences.
- Design System Excellence: Lead the adoption and evolution of our Design System, identifying inconsistencies, refining components, and driving a coherent, scalable experience across product areas with Product and Engineering.
- Insight & Data: Plan and run user research, then combine qualitative insights with behavioural data, championing user‑centred, data‑informed design across the organisation, embedding UX best practices into product development.
- Embedded Collaboration: Act as a core member of squad rituals, working closely with Product and Engineering to clarify requirements, align on design direction that balances user needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
- Design Culture & Mentorship: Lead playbacks and crits, mentor & manage designers, and champion user‑centred, data‑informed design, using your cross‑squad perspective to connect the dots and raise the overall design bar.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends / AI and emerging tools, sharing relevant learnings to continuously evolve our design practice.
Proven experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design for mobile apps or mobile-first web experiences. Experience working in travel, finance, loyalty, or benefits sectors (or similarly complex domains). Expert-level skills in Figma, with hands-on experience managing component libraries and design systems. Solid grounding in user research methodologies, and confident conducting qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions. A data-informed mindset - ideally with experience using tools like FullStory, Contentsquare, or other product analytics platforms to uncover insights and optimise experiences.
