Role Overview: We’re hiring a Lead Product Manager to own one of our most strategically important enterprise client propositions. This is a senior international product role with clear commercial accountability, operating at the intersection of product, enterprise clients and revenue.
You’ll own the end-to-end product strategy, performance and evolution of key enterprise propositions, shaping what we sell, how it’s delivered, and how it performs with users. You’ll lead a cross-functional squad to deliver:
- Best-in-class user experiences
- Commercially successful outcomes
- Solutions aligned to long-term platform strategy
Your accountability is anchored in product outcomes, from discovery through to delivery, adoption and optimisation.

- Experience balancing custom solutions with scalable platform thinking.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making capability.
- Experience leading and developing product managers and cross-functional product development squads.
- Experience operating in agile, outcome-driven product development squads.
This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week from our International head office in Altrincham. The role has a global remit, where partnering with colleagues and clients will require flexibility to work across time zones, as well as regular travel.
