We want to connect with Marketing Lead candidates of all backgrounds and specializations. This posting is specifically for candidates based in London who will be coming to the office 3+ days per week. Non-crypto native or "web2" candidates are highly encouraged to apply. This is not a listing for an internal role at Dragonfly.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within fintech, payments, digital assets or digital marketing agencies
- Proven ability to conduct deep research and produce high-quality, data-backed articles, posts, and guides
- Sharp eye for design, visual storytelling, and overall brand aesthetics
- Experience building and scaling brand presence across digital channels — especially LinkedIn
- Strong problem-solving and campaign management skills, from ideation to execution to measurement across multiple channels
- Ability to support Sales teams and drive successful event participation, including external conferences and company-hosted events
About The Role
- Take end-to-end ownership as the first marketing hire, shaping the function while flexing across strategic initiatives and executing day-to-day priorities in a fast-growing environment
- Own the content strategy — develop, publish, and distribute thought leadership across relevant channels
- Build and amplify the public presence of the leadership team, ensuring consistent visibility across media, events, and digital platforms
- Develop and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and top-of-funnel demand
- Manage and grow the company's digital presence, including social channels, website, newsletters, and other owned media
- Support event strategy and execution — from industry conferences to company-hosted gatherings — to maximize brand and business impact
