Dragonfly Projects is a boutique consultancy practice specialising in Project Management & Employer’s Agency across commercial and residential projects. We are a growing business and pride ourselves on acting as extensions of our clients’ teams providing strategic oversight, disciplined delivery, and commercial guidance from concept to completion.

As Senior Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of projects across commercial and residential sectors. You will work closely with clients, professional teams, and contractors to ensure milestones are met, risks are managed, and commercial and technical objectives are achieved.

This is a hands-on delivery role with consistent client exposure, requiring someone who is confident, organised, and adaptable within a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable working autonomously, but collaborative in style, able to develop trust with clients quickly and represent Dragonfly professionally on site, in meetings, and through project documentation. You must have the appetite to join a business which is growing, with a mindset to support its ongoing growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A candidate based in London or close proximity
  • Proven experience managing construction projects in a client-facing capacity
  • Strong understanding of project delivery workflows and construction methodology
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage deadlines confidently
  • Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
  • Professional, personable and relationship focused
  • Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in project management (client side, consultancy or contractor)
