Product Manager (AI) A Product Manager experienced in AI is needed by a rapidly growing Fintech company based in London. The AI Product Manager will be responsible for improving the products capabilities as well as moving the company along its AI journey to design and deliver new and exciting AI powered products and services. Location: London 2-3 times a week onsite Product Manager (AI) – Requirements Proven experience in product management, with a focus on AI, machine learning, or data-driven products, ideally in the FinTech or financial services industry. Strong understanding of AI technologies, including natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and generative AI. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, and customer support, to deliver AI-driven solutions. Demonstrated ability to manage and scale AI products or technologies within a business environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. May have some experience in software development with a focus on AI and prompt engineering on LLMs- even if it’s just playing around with your own project. Understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, particularly in the context of LLMs/conversational AI Experience with A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality products. Knowledge of credit card products and the broader financial services landscape is a plus. Experience with AI chatbot platforms and tools is highly desirable.
