The Consultant will deliver expert implementation, configuration, and support services for customers using Sage X3, focusing on distribution and manufacturing verticals. This role is responsible for understanding customers' business processes, translating them into system solutions, and ensuring successful adoption and optimisation of the ERP platform. The role contributes to the company's goal of delivering high-quality, value-driven consulting services that enhance customer efficiency and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers to gather requirements, understand business processes, and define the scope of Sage X3 implementations.
- Translate business requirements into solution designs and lead the configuration of Sage X3 modules to meet agreed specifications.
- Collaborate with the development team to manage customisations, integrations, enhancements, and resolution of software issues.
- Lead system testing activities, including system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and data migration validation.
- Support solution deployment, ensuring deliverables are achieved within agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Act as the primary customer contact throughout implementation, providing expert guidance, managing expectations, and resolving issues.
