About Us

DragonFly Executive Air Charter is expanding its fleet and flight operations, and we are looking for multiple Captains to join our team. Operating a fleet including King Air 200 and Citation Bravo aircraft, we deliver tailored charter flights across the UK and Europe for corporate and private clients. We are open to Captains from all aircraft types and backgrounds. For the right candidate, type rating training will be provided to transition into our fleet. This is an opportunity to join a small, professional flight operation where pilots play an important role in the day-to-day success of the business.

Role Overview

As Captain you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of charter flights while delivering a professional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Command flights safely and efficiently in accordance with UK CAA regulations and company SOPs
  • Conduct pre-flight planning including performance calculations, fuel planning and route analysis
  • Lead crew briefings and coordinate with First Officers and operational staff
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety, professionalism and customer service
  • Ensure accurate completion of flight documentation and operational reports

Requirements

We welcome applications from Captains across a range of aircraft types. Type rating on King Air 200 and Citation Bravo is not required, as training will be provided for suitable candidates. Minimum requirements include:

  • UK CAA ATPL or CPL with ATPL theory
  • Current Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • Minimum 2,500 hours total flight time
  • Right to live and work in the UK
  • Professional attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Corporate/executive jet experience.
  • Strong client-facing skills and commitment to exceptional service delivery.
  • Familiarity with European airspace and operational environments.
