Are you looking for your next career? We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven person with a hands-on attitude and an eye for detail to support our growing consultancy team. We are seeking a candidate to fill a permanent part-time position of 20 hours per week over 5 days. The position is based out of our office in Tadcaster in a rural location between York and Leeds, so own transport is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the consultancy and operations teams;
- Handling incoming client enquiries and managing the in-house project management and Customer Resource Management (CRM) system;
- Reviewing, editing and issuing of proposals, tenders and reports to clients;
- Answering phones, managing emails, and directing inquiries;
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements;
- Booking accommodation for staff;
- Purchasing;
- Equipment hire;
- Researching new client companies to aid in business development;
- Providing research and analysis of competitors’ services and trends.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience of working as an administrator and/or personal assistant;
- Good communication skills and excellent written English;
- Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Word software packages;
- An ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and be well organised;
- A methodical approach to work with good critical thinking;
- Drive to work and grow within a close-knit team.
