DragonBet is a fast-growing, independent challenger brand in the UK betting market, with ambitious plans to expand across regulated markets. We offer a high-quality sportsbook and casino proposition in a highly regulated and competitive industry.
About the role:
This is a hands-on role within our Marketing team for someone early to mid-career looking to develop their performance marketing skills and gain broader experience across affiliate and paid media. You’ll support the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of campaigns, work closely with the wider commercial team and external partners, and use performance data to identify opportunities and improve results. You’ll play an important role in delivering effective, efficient and compliant customer acquisition as the business continues to grow.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day affiliate relationships, onboarding new partners, supporting commercial negotiations and optimising existing partnerships to improve quality, performance and ROI.
- Running and optimising PPC campaigns across Google and other paid media channels, monitoring spend and performance to ensure campaigns deliver against acquisition targets.
- Monitoring performance and reporting on key KPIs, using data and insights to identify trends, improve efficiency and highlight opportunities for growth.
- Working closely with Compliance to ensure all affiliate, PPC and wider marketing activity meets UKGC, ASA and CAP requirements.
- Supporting the delivery of acquisition campaigns, coordinating activity across channels and helping ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and in line with agreed objectives.
- Collaborating with CRM, Organic, Brand and Product teams to align campaigns and messaging, share insights and maximise the overall impact of acquisition activity.
- Keeping up to date with channel performance and industry developments, identifying new opportunities to improve acquisition, efficiency and customer value.
Requirements:
- Experience in affiliate, PPC or performance marketing, with a genuine interest in digital acquisition. Industry experience would be a plus, but isn’t essential.
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics, with the ability to analyse results, identify trends and use insights to make informed decisions and improve campaign performance.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, partners and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with key performance marketing tools, including Google Ads, affiliate platforms and tracking or attribution tools. A willingness to learn new systems is equally important.
- An understanding of UK gambling advertising regulations, including UKGC and ASA requirements, or a willingness to develop this knowledge quickly.
- Commercially minded and proactive, with the confidence to spot opportunities, ask questions and contribute ideas to improve acquisition performance.
- A collaborative approach, comfortable working with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns and achieve shared objectives.
- Based in or able to commute to Cardiff a minimum of 4 days per week, with flexibility to work collaboratively with the wider Marketing Team.
