Dragon School, located at Bardwell Road in Oxford, seeks a compassionate graduate to join our boarding community as a full-time, residential Gap Graduate Boarding Assistant. You will support two boarding houses by providing pastoral care, organising activities and assisting with daily routines to foster a nurturing home-like environment for pupils.
Applicants must be aged 21 or over by 1 January 2027 and have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
