An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join this successful, rapidly growing PE backed Professional Services SME in a newly created, Head of Finance role.
Responsibilities
- Monthly accounting, reporting and consolidation
- Ownership of the period end close process
- Oversight of payroll, and corporation tax returns
- Analysis and management of cash and working capital
- Management and development of a small team
- Responsibility for ensuring systems, processes and procedures support business growth
- Finance lead on acquisition integration
- Deputise for CFO in their absence
- Broader support to CFO and FP&A Manager as required
Additional Areas
- Internal and external stakeholder management, support and analysis to the Board, and investors and the journey towards exit readiness are just some of the additional areas you will get involved in.
Qualifications
- Considerable experience in most of these core areas, ideally including SME / PE / high growth scaling.
- Professional Services experience whilst not critical would be useful.
- Experience working in a multi-currency, multi-geography environment is also important.
- You must be a fully qualified accountant with strong consolidation and technical (UK GAAP) knowledge.
