Dragon Asphalt is looking for a Site Operative to join the team at our Stanton asphalt collection plant. If you like being part of a fast-paced operation, take pride in doing things properly, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty (literally – we make asphalt), this could be right up your street.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the day-to-day running of our busy collection site
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-run yard
- Working as part of a close-knit site team to keep turnaround times fast
What we’re looking for:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Someone reliable who takes pride in their work
- Experience in construction / aggregates / asphalt is a bonus (but not essential – we’ll train the right person)
