We are looking for a freelance digital marketing specialist to join on a part-time basis (2–3 days a week). My consultancy works with a range of brilliant, long-term clients - people and businesses who value quality work and genuine collaboration.

This isn’t a role for someone who just ticks boxes or follows a checklist. I’m looking for someone who takes ownership, spots what needs doing, and gets it done - someone who loves problem-solving and can run with projects confidently without needing hand-holding.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing and optimising paid social and PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Improving conversion rates through smart testing, data-led insights, and better landing pages.
  • Creating ad designs and visuals (Canva/Figma) and writing compelling copy for ads and emails.
  • Supporting email marketing campaigns in HubSpot and Customer.io - from setup to reporting.
  • Overseeing digital marketing projects from strategy to execution, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Reporting on results and recommending clear next steps for improvement.

What we’re looking for:

  • Around 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally with PPC agency experience.
  • Hands-on skills across: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Customer.io, Canva and Figma for creative work.
  • A strong grasp of CRO principles and A/B testing.
  • Excellent copywriting for digital channels.
  • Someone who’s organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation (e.g. Zapier).
  • A good sense of humour - we work hard but keep things human.

The details:

  • Contract: 2–3 days per week
  • Duration: Ongoing (initial 3-month term)
  • Location: Remote UK-based
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Rate: Depending on experience

If this sounds like you - and you love taking ownership, solving problems, and delivering great work for clients who actually value it - I’d love to hear from you.
