About The Role The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of the site Maintenance team, ensuring manufacturing equipment and supporting assets are maintained safely, reliably and efficiently. Leading a team of approximately 10, the role provides strong people leadership while establishing a proactive, performance-driven maintenance culture. The Maintenance Supervisor will balance reactive engineering support with preventative and predictive maintenance, equipment reliability improvement and Operator Asset Care, using maintenance data, structured problem solving and effective deployment of resources to reduce equipment losses, improve asset availability and support Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost objectives.
