Dräger in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head of R&D ERS to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering organisation across Mechanical, Electronics and Software domains. You will define strategy, drive governance, allocate resources and ensure safety, regulatory compliance and AI-enabled engineering across product lifecycles.
You will partner with Product Management, Quality and Supply Chain; manage budgets for a 70-person team; and shape workforce planning, capability development and succession.
