The predicted salary is between 18000 - 25000 £ per year.
The apprentice will work as part of a selection of teams focused on commercial activities within a Pre and/or Post sale activity. All activities are either focused on customer service and/or a sales supporting function. These will include but not be limited to items such as processing customer orders, field service contracts or quotations. The apprentice will work with and learn from multiple stakeholders and teams across the business in order to gain a well‑rounded experience and knowledge of commercial aspects within the business.
Responsibilities
- Telephone customer enquiry handling including but not limited to order progress, lead times and pricing.
- Providing a high level of customer service through ensuring a timely and efficient processing of customer requests.
- Customer issue escalation and resolution.
- Data entry into respective systems including but not limited to SAP, CRM and SharePoint for items such as orders, quotations, customer returns and field service contracts.
- Focus on logistic operations in terms of invoice control and accuracy through review of receipted request and orders.
- Delivery of objectives as agreed with line manager.
- Undergo necessary training in order to fulfill all duties.
- Participation in departmental projects focused on continual improvement.

- To comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and minimise any impact on the environment whilst carrying out duties.
- To ensure and promote safe working conditions for all employees, visitors and contractors by implementing, monitoring and complying with occupational health & safety provisions.
