About the Role
- Learn how to set various types of turning and milling machines.
- Write new CNC programmes.
- Understand global and local standards and apply them to documentation and product data.
- Use various types of measuring equipment.
- Participate in a multi-function team regarding 6S.
- Provide support for improvement activities.
Shared Responsibilities
- Compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and minimize environmental impact.
- Ensure and promote safe working conditions for all employees, visitors, and contractors through occupational health & safety provisions.
- Embed WeLEAD competencies – building trust, creating value for the customer, enabling others, providing direction, embracing diversity, and delivering results.

Team / Environment
Team of 16 CNC setters and 4 operators in a high‑tech machine shop.
Education / Qualifications
- GCSE equivalent grade 4 or above in English, Science, and Mathematics.
Related Experience
- MS Office proficiency.
- General understanding of standards and following processes.
- Interest in engineering/technology.

- Good personal communication skills.
