Job Summary: The Head of Commercial oversees and manages the estimating, cost, procurement and contractual aspects of the project from initiation to close-out for Euston Station (HS2) on the joint venture with Mace and Dragados. Key responsibilities: Advise the client and project team on all commercial issues effecting the project Oversee the development of contractual terms and conditions for suppliers and sub- contractors and agree these with the client as necessary. Develop and implement the procurement and contracting strategy for the delivery of the project Review and develop incentivisation arrangements as appropriate Agree spend profiles which match the project schedule with the client Oversee the reporting against spend profiles for the project on a monthly basis and coordinate with the Client finance department for payments Lead the development and maintenance of the Incentive Target for the project Oversee the change management process, consult with other functions to assess changes and risks to the overall project out-turn Manage the production of a monthly consolidated project-wide cost / expenditure report Deliver capex and opex forecasts for the Project.
