DraftWise is building an innovative knowledge platform for the legal industry. Our core product unlocks for the first time the years of historic legal contracts that firms have negotiated for their clients. We use the latest in data management, machine learning, and language analytics to help lawyers and legal professionals write better, safer contracts.

Our founding team is composed of former Palantir and Google engineers and an experienced lawyer from a top global law firm. Our highly talented team is designed to focus on building and delivering the best product in the industry, with the engineering, product, and customer expertise to fulfill this promise. We are a fully remote company, though offer the option to cowork in our major cities in North America and Europe. You will help our team grow with this rising demand and have a real impact on the most important law firms in the world.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule initial sales meetings between prospective customers and Account Executives.
  • Research and develop an understanding of the best entry points in large law firms, targeting outreach to early champions and booking qualified conversations for the sales team.
  • Effectively manage personalized and effective outreach campaigns, working cross-functionally to ensure ICP alignment and ROI.
  • Conduct DISCO calls with qualified inbound leads, and support marketing's understanding of their qualified lead pipeline.
  • Constantly update, iterate, and test messaging using AI-enabled sales tech, taking a data-first, personalized approach to outreach efforts.
  • Build a strong working relationship with sales and marketing leadership to fully understand the long and short-term GTM vision, and proactively ensure campaign and outreach strategies align with department priorities.
  • Support continuous sales and marketing experiments.
  • Achieve and outperform monthly meeting quotas.

You will have broad ownership over your initiatives, the ability to shape our culture as we grow, and flexibility over your schedule. The GTM team is based out of our London office.

Role requirements:
  • In-office in London.
  • 1+ years experience in a business development or similar role.
  • Comfort with a data-first approach to outreach strategy and a willingness to own and iterate on internal operations, tools, and reporting systems.
  • Familiarity with critical sales tech, including platforms like Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Nav., Clay, and more.
  • Startup SaaS experience, especially in professional services, is a plus!
