Draco Logistics Limited is growing, and we’re looking for reliable, motivated drivers to join our delivery operation.
What You Can Earn
- VAT-registered earnings of approximately £963–£1,008 per week, subject to performance and route availability

Van & Fuel Provided at No Extra Cost
You won’t need to provide your own vehicle.

Fully Paid Training
We provide 18–20 days of fully paid training designed to help you become confident and efficient on the road.
Your training includes
- 1 day of in-app training
- 2 ride-alongs with an experienced driver
- 15+ nursery routes to help you learn the job
- Training on delivery procedures and adapting to the delivery workflow
Our aim is to make sure you feel confident before taking on routes independently.
Your Schedule
- Self-employed opportunity
- Home and business deliveries
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK/EU driving licence held for at least 1 year
- Maximum 6 penalty points
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working independently
- Previous delivery experience is an advantage, but not essential
What You’ll Need
- Pass a DBS background check
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to work as a self-employed delivery driver
Your Day-to-Day
As a delivery driver, you’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering parcels safely and efficiently
- Following your allocated delivery route
- Using the provided device for navigation and route updates
- Providing professional and friendly customer service
- Taking care of the vehicle and delivery equipment
- Working independently while being supported by our team
