About the Role
We’re looking for a versatile junior creative who can straddle graphic design and video editing.
You’ll help craft eye-catching visuals across digital, print, and social platforms—and edit scroll-stopping short-form ads for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn fast, collaborate with a friendly team, and see your work reach thousands of people every week.
What You’ll Do
Video Editing & Motion

- Add motion graphics, captions, and simple animations to make content pop.
- Repurpose longer videos into short-form highlight reels for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Graphic Design
- Design weekly thumbnails for our live in clinic training and bi-weekly podcast.
- Retouch patient photos (subtle, natural edits only) and upload to our asset library.
- Create marketing and campaign assets: logos, course imagery, posters, lead magnets, PDFs, sales-page graphics, website banners, and pop-ups.
- Design event collateral: booklets, retreat materials, book covers, and interior layouts.
- Produce polished webinar visuals: slides, infographics, and product images.
What We’re Looking For
- A creative eye and strong sense of visual storytelling.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
- Understanding of social media video trends and what makes viewers stop scrolling.
- Good time management and willingness to learn.
- Based in or around Manchester and able to commute to our Holmes Chapel studio 3 days a week with a competitive salary of £25,000 to £30,000, depending on experience.
