Dr Squatch is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Account Manager to support the continued expansion of our UK retail Grocery business. This role will be responsible for leading the management of our most significant UK retail accounts, including the development and execution of customer strategies that deliver sustainable, long-term growth.

Reporting to the UK Retail Lead, the successful candidate will play a critical role in delivering against our UK expansion goals by strengthening strategic partnerships, driving performance at shelf, and leading cross-functional initiatives that support brand and category growth. This is a full-time hybrid role with benefits based out of our London office. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and UK market rates.

  • Retail Account Management: Full responsibility for the commercial performance and strategic development of key UK retail accounts across the grocery and high street channel.
  • Joint Business Planning: Lead the development and execution of robust joint business plans, including negotiation of annual terms, promotional strategies, and category growth initiatives.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Lead accurate forecasting processes and manage promotional investment to optimise ROI and deliver budgeted sales and margin targets.

Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with retail buying, supply chain, and category teams. Previous experience in managing account-level P&Ls and using data to drive decision-making is essential. Highly organised with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
