At Dr. Squatch (www.drsquatch.com), we’re raising the bar on men’s personal care with our line of natural, high-performance products. We’re on a high-growth, fast-moving ride, continually introducing new product categories, launching into retailers nationwide, and growing internationally. We have been recognized and certified by Great Place to Work multiple times, and we achieved status as a certified BCorp in 2023. We’re looking for passionate, talented people who want to join us in our mission to inspire and educate men to be happier and healthier!

About the Role: We're hiring an experienced international fulfillment operator to manage fulfillment operations across our UK and EU markets. This is a high-ownership, externally-facing role. You'll manage 3PL partners, freight providers, display providers, and EDI transactions while supporting retail accounts and reps during the European working day, largely without real-time HQ support. This role will report to the Associate Director of Retail Fulfillment, who is based in our Marina del Rey, CA HQ, and will collaborate closely with Planning, Inventory, Supply Chain, Retail Sales, Ops Excellence, Compliance, and Business Systems/Tech. This is a full-time hybrid role with benefits based out of our London office, with semi-frequent travel to key 3PL and retail partner sites across the UK and Europe, and occasional travel to our Marina del Rey, CA headquarters. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and UK market rates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day fulfillment operations across the UK and EU markets, including order management, inventory management/reconciliation, routing guide compliance, freight, and chargeback prevention.
  • Be the primary point of contact for UK and EU-based 3PL partners and display providers, managing SLA/OTIF performance, driving accountability, proactively communicating internally and externally, and resolving issues without waiting for HQ.
  • Build and manage working relationships with UK and EU retail accounts. You’re the operational face of Dr. Squatch during local business hours.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with Planning, Inventory, and Supply Chain to keep inbound shipments and stock positions aligned across international inventory positions.
  • Own onboarding of new international retail partners with full compliance, including operational setup, EDI/order integration, and go-live execution.
  • Provide cross-channel coverage during the European working day — including DTC and Amazon FBA support — to maintain momentum before HQ comes online.
  • Track fulfillment KPIs (OTIF, fill rate, chargeback rate, cost per unit), surface trends, and come up with recommendations rather than just data.
  • Collaborate with Compliance and Legal to ensure operations meet local regulatory requirements, including labeling, product classification, and HazMat handling.
  • Identify and drive improvements that reduce cost, raise service levels, and scale with the business as we expand internationally.
  • Support Canadian fulfillment operations out of Toronto, ON on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or operations, with meaningful exposure to UK and EU Retail and B2B channels.
  • A track record of managing 3PL relationships and holding external partners accountable; experience in SLA performance and corrective action.
  • Strong familiarity with retail compliance: routing guides, EDI transactions, labeling standards, freight routing, and chargeback management.
  • Comfortable owning your day independently; need to make calls without waiting for sign-off.
  • Experienced with an ERP system; NetSuite is a strong plus.
  • Strong cross-functional communicator; clear and direct with planning, sales, compliance, and finance stakeholders across multiple time zones.
  • Analytical and operational in equal measure; can pull a report, spot the issue, and make a strong recommendation.
  • Willing to work slightly shifted hours to overlap more with the HQ team.

Bonus Points:

  • German language proficiency, as our EU B2B launch and 3PL will be in Germany.
  • SPS and/or Orderful EDI experience.
  • Exposure to Amazon FBA operations.
  • Experience in omni-channel CPG/FMCG.

We offer a competitive salary in a growth-focused & collaborative team environment. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with Squatch match, and PTO.

For Applicants with Disabilities. Reasonable accommodation will be made so that qualified applicants with disabilities may participate in the application process. If you need any accommodations during the hiring process, please let us know when you submit your application and we'll do our very best to adjust as needed.
