About the Role:

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Brand Marketing Lead in the United Kingdom to lead the charge in building our brand in the country. This isn’t just any marketing role—it’s an opportunity to drive meaningful impact in a new and growing market. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience, blending the strategic rigor of a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company with the agility and innovation of a start-up. This role will report to the SVP of Global Marketing. This is a full-time role with benefits based out of London, England, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Vision: Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy tailored to the UK market, aligning with our global brand mission and values.
  • Market Insights: Conduct deep market research to understand consumer behavior, identify trends, and assess competitive dynamics to inform our brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction for the UK audience.
  • Campaign Excellence: Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, out-of-home, PR, and experiential channels to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Brand Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with brand ambassadors, influencers, and creators to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Retail Marketing: Collaborate with our retail team to bring our brand to life in-store.
  • Agency Management: Build and manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
  • Budgeting: Manage brand budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional team members in a matrix organization, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a significant portion spent in both CPG and start-up environments.
  • Experience in the personal care, cosmetics, and/or beauty industries preferred.
  • Proven success in launching and growing brands in new markets.
  • Deep understanding of the UK market and its unique consumer dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in an additional European language is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
