The Role:
As a Cleaning Operative, you will play an essential role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain overall cleanliness of your work site/location in accordance with Sasse standards and client requirements.
- Removal of waste, litter, and general/specific cleaning tasks to meet standards per job cards (if applicable) and supervisor’s instructions.
- Operate under Health and Safety guidelines at all times.
- Deliver timely, efficient, and courteous service on customer sites.
- Follow direct instructions from supervisors and complete tasks as outlined in job cards.
Qualifications and Support:
Full training and support provided; no formal qualifications required. Positive, can‑do attitude and ambition to grow within the organization.
