The Role
As a Cleaning Operative (GSO), you will play an essential role in ensuring our fleet operates smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include the overall cleanliness of your work site/location:
- Responsible for the overall cleanliness of your assigned area (this could be a bus or facility cleaning).
- Removal of waste, litter, graffiti, general/specific cleaning tasks to ensure this standard in accordance with job cards (if applicable), supervisor’s and management instructions.
- Operating under Health and Safety guidelines at all times.
- Able to recognize and meet required level of hygiene/cleanliness.
- Deliver high standards of cleanliness and service to all aspects of the business.
- Maintain professional attitude at all times to clients, coworkers and the general public.
- Deliver timely, efficient, and courteous service on customer sites.
- Willingness and ability to work unsocial hours in line with the late shift.
