Front of House in Reading

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing, high-end aesthetic clinic led by Dr Saba Raja, Founder and Director of the Dr Saba Raja Clinic.

Following five successful years building a loyal patient base in Norwich, we have recently expanded into Reading and are now seeking an exceptional Front of House & Enquiries Coordinator to support our continued growth.

This is initially a part-time role (approx. 3 hours per day) with strong potential to develop into a full-time Front of House position as the clinic expands.

The Role

You will play a key role in:

• Managing a high volume of patient enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp and social media for three hours per day to begin with, expanding to more over time
  • Busy diary management for one Doctor across two locations
  • Delivering a high-end, personalised patient experience
  • Supporting implementation of efficient systems (including upcoming online bookings via our new website)

This position is part time and primarily remote but requires theflexibility to attend the Reading clinic when needed. You must live within commuting distance of the centre of Reading.

Working hours are 3 per day to begin with and require responsiveness to enquiries for these three times each day – Monday to Friday:

• 9–10am
  • Lunchtime
  • Late afternoon

About You (Essential Criteria)

Please only apply if you meet the following:

• Minimum 2 years\' front of house/reception experience(clinic, dental/medical practice, aesthetics, beauty, hotel or similar high-end environment)
  • Experienced in managing busy diaries (multiple channels of communications)
  • Tech-savvy and confident using digital systems and implementing new systems (not paper-based)
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident working independently and taking initiative
  • Warm, personable and genuinely passionate about customer care
  • Resilient, coachable and open to constructive feedback
  • Committed to long-term career growth within a small independent business
  • Comfortable selling premium services in an ethical, consultative manner
