This position is a reception job, working within a team. Mainly covering day to day reception work on a rota basis.

Answering telephone
Making appointments
Receiving patients - greetingpatients with a polite attitude
Filing patient medical records
Scanning and attaching patient information
Completion of forms and other office paperwork
Provide administration support to reception practice team
Use of computer system to access patient medical records and otherinformation
Use of photocopier
Training
Assisting Doctors with patients as required (only when a DBS has beenreceived)
Attend practice meetings as necessary
Reading practice policies and Alerts

We are a GP practice located within the Wednesbury area, we have 2 registered GP\'s, We have a good working team, with all staff working together to keep the practice running.

Reception staff will be required to cover for other staff members during holidays, sickness etc.
Reception staff may be required to carry out other admin duties where necessary training will be given where needed
Reception Hours of work may change to accommodate the needs of the practice
