Job overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Trading Partner and Export Specialist to join our team at Dr. Reddy’s Consumer Health in London. This role involves managing intercompany transactions and export sales, ensuring accurate and timely processing of goods receipts, issues, and invoices. It also includes supporting indirect procurement by raising purchase orders and maintaining master data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Intercompany and Export Sales Management: Oversee transactions for Dr. Reddy’s Consumer Health in Basel, ensuring goods are correctly received, issued, and invoiced to affiliates or export customers.
- Receipt and Reconciliation: Complete and reconcile receipts from affiliates accurately and on time.
- Indirect Procurement Support: Raise purchase orders and coordinate procurement activities for the Consumer Health business.
- Master Data Maintenance: Keep master data for transactions, pricing, and procurement processes up to date in SAP.
- Reporting & Analysis: Use Excel and Power BI to create reports, track performance, and provide insights for decision-making.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 2-3 years in a similar role, with knowledge of supply chain and procurement.
- SAP Proficiency: Strong experience with SAP, especially in source-to-pay, transactions, purchase orders, and data maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
- Detail-Oriented & Analytical: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze data.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with teams and stakeholders.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team, showing flexibility and proactive problem-solving.
