An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join a growing specialist property finance business in Warrington. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role focused heavily around bridging and specialist finance enquiries, so previous bridging finance experience is absolutely essential.

You will be working exclusively with warm inbound enquiries - no cold calling, no self-generation, and no chasing dead leads. Every client has already expressed interest in funding solutions, allowing you to focus purely on converting and completing business. This role would suit a broker who thrives in a sales environment and understands the speed, structure, and urgency involved within bridging finance.

The Role:

  • Managing warm inbound property finance enquiries
  • Advising clients on bridging and specialist lending solutions
  • Handling cases from enquiry through to completion
  • Working closely with investors, landlords, and developers
  • Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and valuers to progress deals efficiently
  • Building strong long-term client relationships

Essential Experience:

  • Previous bridging finance experience is ESSENTIAL
  • Experience as a Mortgage Broker, Bridging Broker, Specialist Finance Broker, BDM, or Case Manager considered
  • Strong understanding of specialist property finance products
  • Confident communicator with strong sales ability
  • Highly motivated and target-driven mindset
