The Role:

  • Handling warm inbound bridging finance enquiries from day one
  • Structuring and advising on bridging and specialist property finance cases
  • Managing deals through to completion
  • Working with property investors, developers, landlords, and business clients
  • Liaising with lenders, solicitors, valuers, and introducers
  • Building long-term client relationships and repeat business

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous bridging finance experience is ESSENTIAL
  • Experience as a broker, advisor, BDM, case manager, or underwriter considered
  • Strong understanding of specialist property finance
  • Confident communicator with strong sales ability
