The Role

As the North East BDM, you will:

  • Build, develop, and maintain relationships with brokers and introducers in your region
  • Drive a high volume of bridging and specialist finance deals
  • Represent the lender at market events and networking opportunities
  • Work closely with the lending team to structure deals in line with the lender’s criteria
  • Own your patch with autonomy, delivering on targets and contributing to regional growth
