We are exclusively partnered with a fast-growing, director-led bridging lender that operates purely on private capital. There are no institutional lines or bank funding involved — all lending is supported by private investors deploying direct capital.
We are now looking to appoint an Investor Relations / Private Capital professional to help grow and manage these funding relationships.
Role Overview
This is a relationship-led role focused on sourcing and developing private capital connections to support ongoing bridging finance lending activity. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with investors and introducers who can deploy capital into secured property-backed lending opportunities.
Ideal Experience:
- Experience or strong connections within high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals
- Family offices (direct or via introducer networks)
- Wealth managers, IFAs, and private banking networks
- Private investors deploying capital into secured lending
- Bridging finance or private lending environments
A proven ability to introduce or manage repeat deployable private capital is highly desirable.
