I am currently on the search for a Relationship Director in development finance real estate that typically works within a financial institution, bank, or specialist lender, focusing on funding real estate development projects. This role involves managing client relationships, structuring financial deals, and ensuring projects are adequately funded while mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities for the Relationship Director – Real Estate role:

  • Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain relationships with property developers, investors, and key stakeholders.
