An established and growing mortgage brokerage in Cardiff is looking to appoint a Mortgage Case Manager to join their high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mortgage administration or case management experience who is looking to develop a long-term career in financial services — with full support to achieve your CeMAP qualification (fully funded by the business).
The Role:
- Managing mortgage applications from submission through to completion
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to progress cases efficiently
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant
- Supporting Mortgage Advisors with pipeline management
- Providing a high level of customer service throughout the process
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in mortgage administration or case management
