As the Head of Underwriting - Bridging, you will take ownership of the underwriting process for its bridging finance products, ensuring that every deal is assessed with precision and within our risk appetite. You will play a critical role in driving the strategy, developing and mentoring a high-performing team, and shaping the future direction of our underwriting processes.
