Are you an experienced financial services professional looking to step into a high-impact Paraplanner role? My client, a growing and forward-thinking financial planning firm, is looking for a Paraplanner to provide technical support and compliance guidance to their adviser team.

This is a fully remote role, offering £35,000 per year, and is ideal for someone who is Level 4 qualified or close to completing their Diploma in Financial Planning.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and review client files across pensions, investments, mortgages, and protection
  • Provide technical support to advisers, ensuring advice is compliant and suitable
  • Conduct file checks and audits, identifying risks and recommending remedial actions
  • Assist in producing suitability reports and documentation for clients
  • Support the compliance team with regulatory processes, marketing checks, and adviser queries
  • Play a key role in improving processes and ensuring quality standards across the business

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience in an IFA or financial planning environment
  • Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and financial planning products
