The Role
As the North East BDM, you will:
- Build, develop, and maintain relationships with brokers and introducers in your region
- Drive a high volume of bridging and specialist finance deals
- Represent the lender at market events and networking opportunities
- Work closely with the lending team to structure deals in line with the lender’s criteria
- Own your patch with autonomy, delivering on targets and contributing to regional growth
