We’re currently working with a fast-growing bridging lender that is looking to appoint an experienced Completions Manager to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business that has seen strong and consistent growth, supported by a significant funding line and a rapidly increasing pipeline of cases.
Role Overview:
- Oversee the end-to-end completion process on bridging finance cases
- Work closely with underwriters, case managers, solicitors, and brokers
- Ensure all legal and financial conditions are satisfied prior to drawdown
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure smooth completions
