I’m currently recruiting for an IFA Administrator / Compliance Associate to join a growing financial planning firm. This is a fully remote position and would suit someone with experience within an IFA or wealth management firm who is Level 4 qualified or close to completing the Diploma in Financial Planning.
You’ll be working closely with advisers and the compliance team to ensure files meet regulatory standards and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities- Reviewing new business submission files across investments, pensions, mortgages and protection
- Auditing adviser files based on risk ratings and producing reports
- Supporting advisers with pre-submission checks and guidance to ensure files meet regulatory requirements
- Ensuring remedial work following file audits is completed within agreed timeframes
- Maintaining and updating adviser compliance records
- Reviewing marketing materials to ensure they are fair, clear and not misleading
- Supporting the wider compliance team with general regulatory queries and adviser support
- Experience working within an IFA / Wealth Management firm
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning processes
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS) or close to completion
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Fully remote working
