Overview
As Senior Quality Operations Manager at Dr. Oetker, you will lead the site quality operations to ensure robust lab, QA and supplier compliance. You will drive food safety, regulatory adherence and certification standards while fostering continuous improvement and a strong quality culture. You’ll work with cross-functional teams on factory projects, new product launches and initiatives that uphold our quality-first mission. This is a strategic, impact-focused role in a globally recognized, family-run food company.

Responsibilities
- Lead the site quality operations function, ensuring lab, QA and supplier compliance controls
- Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and certification standards
- Drive continuous improvement, risk reduction and a strong quality culture at the site
- Develop and lead high-performing teams, enabling capability growth
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders on factory improvement projects and new product launches
- Support certification standards and audits across the site
Key requirements
- Strong leadership in quality and food safety within a food manufacturing environment
- Expert knowledge of regulatory, food safety and quality requirements (FSSC 22000, GMP, allergen management, audit compliance)
- Proactive mindset for continuous improvement with data analysis and root-cause investigation
- Ability to resolve complex quality issues and deliver sustainable improvements through stakeholder collaboration
