Overview
As Category Manager for the Pizza category, you will translate shopper and consumer insights into actionable category strategies, strengthen retailer partnerships, and deliver insight-led recommendations to grow sales and boost visibility of our Pizza brands. You’ll join a global, family-run culture that values collaboration and fun, with the aim of shaping category leadership. This role combines data-driven storytelling with cross-functional influence to drive business impact.

Key requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust at all levels
- Experience in a corporate office environment is essential
- Organised, proactive, and ownership-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data systems like Circana, Nielsen, Kantar
- Experience with retailer data systems would be advantageous
- Willingness to commute to Leeds Head Office and occasional travel for collaboration
