Great news! We have a fantastic opportunity for a Pay & Reward Administrator to join our Pay & Reward Team. This is a full-time permanent role, based in Leyland, reporting directly to the Head of Reward. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of hourly paid payroll, pensions, and benefits for our UK employees. You'll provide an accurate, professional, and responsive service to employees and stakeholders, while helping to maintain high standards across pay and reward processes.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth delivery of hourly paid payroll, pensions, and benefits for UK employees.
- Provide an accurate, professional, and responsive service to employees and stakeholders.
- Maintain high standards across pay and reward processes.
- Support employees across the full payroll and reward lifecycle.
- Contribute to ongoing learning and development to grow expertise in payroll, reward, and systems.
Qualifications
- Detail-driven, organised with strong numerical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- Proactive and organised approach with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- Confident using Microsoft Office; experience with systems like Resourcelink and UKG is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in a corporate office environment would be an advantage.
