Your Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who can:
- Lead and manage the maintenance team across all shifts.
- Maintain a safe working environment and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the manufacturing facility.
- Deploy resources efficiently to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are properly maintained.
- Work closely with other departments to support production goals and uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards.
