Your Responsibilities
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Pay & Reward Administrator to join our Pay & Reward Team. This is a full-time permanent role, based in Leyland, reporting directly to the Head of Reward. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of hourly paid payroll, pensions, and benefits for our UK employees. You’ll provide an accurate, professional, and responsive service to employees and stakeholders, while helping to maintain high standards across pay and reward processes.

You’ll Also Have
- High attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships.
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office; experience with systems like Resourcelink and UKG is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in a corporate office environment would be an advantage.

The role is based at our Leyland Production site (Marathon Place, Leyland) with a hybrid working model with 2-3 days per week from home. You must be able to commute to our Leyland Production site and other external locations for face‑to‑face collaboration and to meet business requirements.
