Your Responsibilities
- We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Quality to join our Quality Team.
- We’re looking for an inspiring leader who will drive quality excellence, ensure compliance, and champion continuous improvement across our Leyland site.
- You’ll lead and coach a talented team, develop and implement quality strategies aligned with our company vision, and represent Dr. Oetker UK at national and international forums.
- Your expertise will ensure our products meet the highest standards of safety, legality, and quality, while fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation.

- A proven senior Quality or Technical Manager within food manufacturing, you have the proven ability to be resilient and confident in taking decisive action, even under pressure.
- You will be able to show conviction and unwavering commitment in protecting quality objectives that safeguard the business and consumers, whilst fostering collaboration within the business.
- A strong leader who can demonstrate effective coaching and communication skills, inspiring and developing those around you.
- A passionate advocate for quality and continuous improvement, always eager to stay ahead of industry trends and legislation.
