Your Responsibilities
- Delivering an outstanding visitor experience, including greeting guests, managing sign-in procedures, and setting up meeting rooms with full IT and hospitality support.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional reception and front-of-house environment.
- Coordinating meeting rooms, post, stationery, kitchen supplies, and office facilities.
- Handling incoming calls, emails, visitors, and courier services in a prompt and professional manner.
- Supporting travel arrangements, purchase orders, invoices, and general office administration.
- Assisting with health & safety procedures, including visitor roll calls during evacuations.
- Providing proactive support to the Office Manager and wider team.

What You Bring
- Previous experience in a front-of-house or administrative role, ideally within a branded or professional environment.
- Friendly, professional, and confident communicator with excellent organisational skills.
- IT-literate, with strong attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- A reliable team player who takes ownership, embraces change, and strives for continuous improvement.
