Your Responsibilities

  • Delivering an outstanding visitor experience, including greeting guests, managing sign-in procedures, and setting up meeting rooms with full IT and hospitality support.
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional reception and front-of-house environment.
  • Coordinating meeting rooms, post, stationery, kitchen supplies, and office facilities.
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, visitors, and courier services in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Supporting travel arrangements, purchase orders, invoices, and general office administration.
  • Assisting with health & safety procedures, including visitor roll calls during evacuations.
  • Providing proactive support to the Office Manager and wider team.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house or administrative role, ideally within a branded or professional environment.
  • Friendly, professional, and confident communicator with excellent organisational skills.
  • IT-literate, with strong attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
